Started under saddle, shown SHIH, 14.3+ hands. Sired by the promising imported Polish Stallion *Ellis, who has 9 Polish National Champions in his first three generations. *Ellis comes from the Estokada branch, from Michalow Stud in Poland, is of the Milordka tap root family. This is the famous "E" family which has produced international, & National Champions. This includes Emigracja (Palas) and her family which is legion and legendary, Emigrantka, Emanacja, *Emanor, *Egeria, *Eter, *Elkana, *Emmona, El Dorada, and on and on.

CARPELLA represents the type of Arabian we are striving to breed. Big, beautiful, wonderfully conformed and with plenty of presence and athletic ability.

CARPELLA is a filly who can succeed in the show ring prior to embarking on a promising career as a broodmare of the highest caliber.

Her sire *Ellis is one of the best kept secrets in the country as junior sire at Marsha Parkinson's Canterbury Farm. He is a son European and Polish National Champion Emigrant, Poland's best source of extreme type, refinement and beauty.

Ellis is a 3/4 brother to Polish & Swedish National Champion Emrod, as both descend from the splendid Polish National Champion Empressa, one of Probat's best and most dynamic daughters.

CARPELLA is a great-granddaughter of European Champion Candela, who in turn traces to the treasured Polish broodmare Carmen, dam of Comet.
